Dallas attended San Diego State where he received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Dallas has over 12 years of experience in planning, design and construction across the land development sphere, including private development, land surveying, public works project, commercial buildings and residential homes. In 2018, Dallas moved to Cedar City and by late 2018 he had bought Go Civil Engineering, becoming the Principal Engineer, taking on the responsible charge for all project design for both civil engineering and house plans. Prior to moving to Cedar City, Utah, Dallas worked throughout San Diego County taking projects from the initial client meetings, through the surveying, mapping, civil engineering design, construction staking and as-built processes.
Dallas holds a Professional Engineer license in Utah (10622248), California (86574), Arizona (69014), and Nevada (027400)
Mike was born and raised in Redmond Utah. He graduated in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering Technology specializing in Civil Design. Mike is the CAD Manger for Go Civil Engineering and is also part owner of the company. He has over 20 years of experience as a Civil Design Engineer. Mike develops and maintains company CAD templates and standards. Mike is a designer of commercial , industrial, residential and subdivision projects. Mike is exceptional with Civil 3D software. He has also done design work for Indian Tribes BIA in the Western United States including Utah, Arizona and Washington State. Mike has also worked on roadway plans for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
Arlo Fawson attended Southern Utah University where he received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering. Arlo has over 8 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Architecture. He is actively pursuing his Professional Engineer License. Arlo’s primary role at Go Civil Engineering is the Architectural Project Manager, Structural engineering related to sizing of building elements and overseeing all architectural projects completed within the office. Arlo is also part owner of Go Civil Engineering. He works closely with contractors, the local building authorities and clients in the design, drafting, code analysis and structural sizing for both residential and commercial projects.
Jordan Braun has been with Go Civil Engineering for over 10 years. Her experience includes remodels, additions, custom homes, town homes and commercial projects. Her knowledge has grown with every job she’s worked on and through the personal relationships built with the clients she has worked with one on one. Jordan is proficient in both AutoCAD and Chief Architect and has spent time learning the programs inside and out. Born and raised in Cedar City, UT, She has worked closely with contractors and their clients as well as our private clients drawing custom home plans. Jordan likes to work face to face with our community by being involved in the Home Builder’s Association events such as The Festival of Homes and Spring Home and Garden Show. She works behind the scenes by designing homes and in public as she regularly works the booths at the various home design shows.
Jenn Ova has been a valued member of the Go Civil Engineering team for over a year, serving as Office Manager and playing a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. She oversees administrative and operational functions with efficiency and attention to detail, helping ensure projects move forward seamlessly. As the first point of contact for both vendors and clients, Jenn is known for her approachable demeanor and strong communication skills. She also manages the preparation, submission, and tracking of project applications, supporting the technical team with reliable organizational oversight.
Jenn relocated to Cedar City in 2006 and brings deep local familiarity and a strong commitment to the community she calls home. Her dedication and professionalism make her an integral part of the Go Civil Engineering team.
